Neuro-Holistic Wellness, LLC
I bridge the gap between machine learning and human psychology by applying clinical expertise to build ethical, trauma-informed AI safety protocols. As a researcher and licensed mental health therapist, I specialize in transforming clinical insights into evidence-based AI features. My mission is to protect vulnerable users while maximizing the therapeutic potential of AI. I provide the socio-technical expertise necessary to ensure that as we automate, we do not lose the human element of wellbeing.
Our goal is to cover your team’s full lifecycle: finding the problem (Red Teaming), designing the solution (HITL/Requirements), and measuring the success (Rubrics/Fine-tuning).
Key Areas of Expertise:
-
Adversarial Red Teaming: Stress-testing LLMs for harmful outputs, bias, and psychological safety.
-
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Strategy: Designing feedback loops that prioritize human intuition and ethical nuance.
-
Trauma-Informed Frameworks: Translating clinical safety standards into actionable AI governance.
My colleagues describe me as curious, empathic, intentional, and optimistic. I'm relentlessly creative in generating solutions for stuckpoints.
